Epson Printer Setup | Enable Epson Connect On Mac

Before enabling the Epson Connect service on your Mac, make sure your Epson printer is set up with a network connection. You can find the Epson Printer Setup for your particular product on the Epson Support website. If you have already set up the printer with a network, you can follow the steps below to enable Epson Connect on your Mac.

  1. First of all, you need to download and install the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility on your device. You can find the tool on the official website of Epson.
  2. Once, installed click on Continue and then go through the Software License Agreement.
  3. After reading the License, click Continue once again and then select Agree.
  4. On the next page, click on the Install button, and once the utility is installed click on Close.
  5. Now that the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility is installed on your device, you need to select your Epson printer from the list of options. In case the Select a printer window doesn’t show up automatically, you can open it manually. To do so, open Finder and click on Application. Select Epson Software and double click on Epson Connect Printer Setup.
  6. On the Register or Remove the Printer from Epson Connect window select the Printer Registration option and then click on Next.
  7. Next, you need to select OK when the Register a printer to Epson connect message appears.
  8. On the Terms and Conditions page, scroll down, and select I accept the Terms and Conditions option. Click on Next to continue further.
  9. If it is your first time registering for Epson connect i.e. if you don’t have an existing Epson Connect account, click on the Create An Epson Connect Account option. After creating the account, click on Finish.
  10. If you’ve created the account before but want to add your printer to it, then click on I already have an account and fill up the required details in the Add a new printer form. After mentioning the necessary details, click on Add and then Close.

You’ve registered and added your Epson to Epson Connect successfully. Now you can activate the Scan to Close and Remote print feature for printing from your Mac wirelessly.
